Exceptions in SIM 13.2.5

 I have faced two exceptions in SIM 13.2.5 version.

1. When crerating Item req give the Null value in Qty field for a selected item and just enter. Null pointer exception
2.When crerating Store Orders give the Null value in Qty field for a selected item and just enter. Null pointer exception

Have any one experienced the same plzz let me know for the fix.
