Hello every one,
We are having large number of service contracts using same Coverage template. We are trying to update the Coverage template (Coverage timezone and times, addition of SAC on billing Tab). from Service contract Manager --> Define Coverage Template .
The changes were not affecting on OLD/existing service contracts that uses same coverage template. Could some one Please confirm if it is Oracle Bug or Am I Missing any required setups. are they any synchronize programs that updates all the existing service contracts with the changes on Coverage template. If it is Oracle Bug, Work around or scripts for Mass update will be appreciated.
