Oracle Apps login shows 500 internal server error

hi,
Some time our Oracle Production Apps getting down.It shows internal server error.Any one tell me what is the main issue behind this.The issue arises in some inteval of time.

But the front end (iStore ) is working fine.Any one please help me on this...
