catbundle patching scripts

I am decomissioning an oracle database from the server. I have removed all the files but I still see some patching scripts (catbudle_PSU_DBNAME_APPLY.sql) in

$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin

and couple of catbundle log files in


$ORACLE_BASE/cfgtoollogs/catbundle

Is it safe to just delete them? I know it porbably is but being new to this I prefer to double-check
