AIP 13.4: building SRP Evaluation Workbook on fusion fails

Hi all,
I have AIP 13.4 set up, both AIP RPAS with Fusion Client and AIP Online. When I go to Store Planning Activity, Store Plan Review Task and trying to build the Store Replenishment Plan Evaluation Workbook I get the following error:
