Brasero Disc Burner fails

Many times I try to use Brasero Disc Burner (this time on a S11.1 desktop) I get frustrated.I've tried with more than one DVD-R media without success.

I believe I didn't mess anything.
Just inserted the disk and added 2 files and a folder to the project.
I've received a warning about adjusting file names for Windows compatibility... ok...
But after the message about checksum creation, I've got "Ejecting medium".

This time I decided to post the log in the hope of some help.
