I'm attempting to apply 11i.ATG_PF.H.RUP7-6241631 in my test system and I cannot get this to work. I read somewhere this worker could be skipped and fixed later but I prefer to get it fixed before applying the patch.

I have check the $FND_SECURE/blah.dbc file e.g.
GUEST_USER_PWD=GUEST/GUEST

The profile option at the SITE LEVEL is set to GUEST/ORACLE

All configuration is in sync, I just ran adconfig.sh

When trying to run this script I continue to get login denied
sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/appl/oracle/oftappl/fnd/11
