Updating SR flow in iSupport
Wanted to know as to how a custom SR flow is activated in iSupport. I have created a new flow using iSupport Admin > Configuration > Create flow and assigned it to a responsibility. But when I log in as iSupport user with that responsibility. I still see the old flow train.
Is there a place for assigning flows other than to roles/responsibilities or Global. Since there are 2 seeded flows, how will system recognize the custom flow I have created.
