Fusion Client Install launcher problem on WINDOWS XP

Hi,

I am trying to install Fusion Client on stand alone system - Windows XP  for evaluation purpose (RPAS 13.3). I followed steps mentioned in RPAS Installation documents . Weblogic server and ADF have been installed successfully , but when I tried to install Fusion Client (using install exe on WINDOWS XP from command prompt and using install.sh on cygwin), following errors were thrown :
