When I try to make a layaway payment,  I receive a layaway not found error on the register screen.  What can I do to  troubleshoot/resolve this issue? 

Are there any configuration/code files I can review? (for example xml files on the server or java code).

Has anyone experience this scenario before?

Steps to reproduce:
Layaway – Payment
1. Choose F5(Transaction)
2. Choose F6(Layaway)
3. Choose F3(Find)
4. Choose F2(Layaway Number)
5. Type in or scan layaway number

6.  Layaway not found.

Note:  In the AS_LY table, the layaway record DOES exist in the Central Office and BackOffice Scratchpad schema.  However, for the Store BackOffice schema, the layaway record DOES NOT exist in the AS_LY table.
