Wrong Tax codes are being applied

Hi Tax Experts,

Kindly help me in below question.

I am new to eb tax. In our project, for canada country,there are many tax codes are defined i.e GST 5% (no jurisdiction associated)

HST-13%(no jurisdiction associated),HST-12 which is associated to British Columbia juridiction and PST tax codes with different jurisdictions.

I have created ap invoices and observed that HST 13% rate applied for all invoices and ontoria jurisdiction appeared in ap invoice lines.

1st question.

How the HST 13% code applied for all invoices and why other code HST 12% and PST codes not applied?

2nd question.

As I told you for HST 13% is defined associated with no juridiction But I can see in AP invoice this HST 13% applied and some other jurisdiction 'ontoria' appeard
