Unable to close period in AP.

Hi,

In Period close exception report, it is showing "Accounting entries not transferred to General Ledger" for two document numbers.

So we have executed "Transfer journal entries to GL" program, after that "Journal Import" program goes into warning.

In the log file it is showing, some records exist in "GL_INTERFACE_CONTROL" table.

In that table 4 records are available with status as ' I '.

Please suggest the solution asap.
