Performance Degraded when "FND_CP_GSM_IPC.Get_Message" procedure is running "

 Hi All,


 I have seen top longest active session is allways  "FND_CP_GSM_IPC.Get_Message".
 At that time we have been experienced bad performance.

 Can any one please clarify
 what is "FND_CP_GSM_IPC.Get_Message"  procedure does?

 Please help.
