installation of EBS12 failing

even though i followed the oracle document shown below , not much luck in installing this beast.  

Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.1.1) for Linux x86-64 [ID 761566.1]

getting the following error :

[root@OEL6EBS12 rapidwiz]# Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /home/ebs_stage/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/jre/Linux_x64/1.6.0/lib/i386/xawt/libmawt.so: libXtst.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

In the document it saying to install bunch of packages but those packages are not part of distribution first and second some are already installed, isnt there a cleaner way to install the complete set of required package then to look one by one and try to guess which one we need and which one not and if we need 32 bit or 64 bit?
