Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In mtl_material_transactions_temp table, there are some records where in they are stuck with a message similar to Child XXXX already has a parent from 12-NOV-2012 08:10:04; the open period from XXXX overlaps with it..

I would like to understand what exactly the system is trying to do and the meaning of the message to understand whats the problem and how to reproduce the issue.

Kindly revert at the earliest.
