P6 Database - Arabic Language support

We have a production SQL 2008 database server with Server collation as SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.

We need to create PMDB database to input Arabic Language.

I am able to do that when I install a new SQL DB server with Arabic_CI_AS and then create PMDB database. It allows to type activities etc in Arabic.

How to do for an exisiting Server with SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS ?

I tried changing the db collation (right click-- database - option-Arabic_CI_AS. But it through error 'Alter failed for Database PMDB'

(I am aware of Primavera by deafult do not support other than few languages they mentioned)
