Schedule Definition can't generate work orders

Dear All,

I have met another question about generating work orders after defining assets' schedules. Some of these schedules can't generate work orders.My colleague had put patch 13346321:R12.EAM.B  as requested by Oracle supporter but the problem still not be resolved .Can anyone give me some suggestions about this problem?Thanks for your kind.
