Which ledger we have to select as we have 4 ledgers for one budget

Hi,

There is a  requirement here to implement budgeting.

I want  to clarify one thing,which ledger i should select in defining budget  in budget window as we have 5 ledgers.

For example :there 15 budgets i should create in the system and we have 5 ledgers.

Now should i  create Rent budget for all ledgers.

or select any ledger and in budget organization ,can we select company values while giving ranges.

Please suggest me how to approach this.

This is very urgent now.

Also please  help me if any one have done budget implementation as i want to clarify my  doubts/issues.
