Invoices being broken up into two same delivery

Hi Gurus,

Invoices 174691 and 174690 both belonging to the same delivery 42263355, through this case we identified that there are several invoices broken in two and the same delivery.

Could you please someone help me? Why and how it is being created invoices with same delivery number?
