Latest RUP for 12.1.3

Dear Team,

We are in process of upgrading from 11.5.10.3 to12.1.3. We would like to know the latest available RUP's for PO, AP ,AR, FA, CM,SLA,CST and GL.

Also please clarify if there is any method to move directly to the latest file version of 12.1.3 directly along with upgrade.
Now we upgraded successfully in our test instance but when I raised an SR for one issue in PO, the engineer told me that we are into the lower file version of 12.1.3.
Our intention is to be in the latest version of file set so that all the know bugs in 12.1.3 will be resolved and we can reduce the SR’s.
