Issue in 9171650 patch

Hi,

While appling the patch 9171650, error occured as follow

Error:

Successfully created javaVersionFile.

  Generating product JAR files in JAVA_TOP -
  /opt/appl/testcomn/java with command:

 adjava -mx512m -nojit oracle.apps.ad.jri.adjmx @/opt/appl/testappl/admin/TEST/out/genjars.cmd

  Successfully generated product JAR files in  JAVA_TOP -
  /opt/appl/testcomn/java.

  Copying Registry.dat from the Forms Java directory to /opt/appl/testcomn/java ...

AutoPatch error:
Error copying the Forms Registry file to /opt/appl/testcomn/java/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat.

adogjf() Unable to copy Registry.Dat.

AutoPatch error:
Failed to generate the product JAR files
