how to get the list of available patches.

Hi,

Customer's EBS system is poorly patch, many of the modules are not patched with the latest available patch.
Customer would like to initiate a one time patching activity to patch the system up to the latest available patch level.

how to get the list of available patches, that our system not yet patch?
