How To Initate Termianation of the Services through an OSM Task to the Provisioning system

Hi,

As using OSM 7.2 version, can anybody tell us how to define/Initiate the Termination or Suspension of the services in the Provisioning system through OSM task.

Please help and suggest what are the references.
