Best Practise for calendar change in EBS

Hi

We have a customer who is currently making a change to their current ledger structure due to a new calendar being incorporated. I was wondering whether there are any documents on best practices that may be followed other than collecting the calendar into VCP and downloading into Demantra. Demand Mgt and SOP modules have been implemented
