New Effective Date is entered on Address Book Revisions (P01051), but you are unable to display

<Q> The system is set to use Address Book Effective Date processing, but after the new effective date is entered on Address Book Revisions (P01051), you are unable to display what has been entered.  How can you display the various effective date addresses?

<A>  As long as the Effective Address Update (P01840) program is run at regular intervals to update the system for the current effective address, when you inquire on the address book number from the Address Book Revisions (P01051) program, the system will display the current address record in effect.  You can also press function keys, Previous Effective Address (F19) and Next Effective Address (F20), to display additional addresses by date for the address record being inquired upon.
