Announcing: EM 12.1.0.2.1 Performance Bundle Patch 2

Hi Everyone,
We have recently released a new Performance Bundle patch.  See Bug: 16359637. This patch is to be applied on top of the EM 12.1.0.2.1 OMS $OH.  Notice the version has a 1 in the 5th digit space.  Basically this patch goes on top of the EM 12.1.0.2 PSU1 $OMS patch that was released in Jan.  Let us know if you have any questions about the patch bundle.

NOTE: I removed the previous reference to the Patch number that didn't work and replaced it with one above 16359637.
