US PAY: New monthly Wage filing required for Illinois

This wage reporting change for Illinois was just delivered in the patch today. We called our IL tax representative and were told we will be assessed penalties for both January and February for filing beyond the deadline. How are other Ilinois companies handling this change? Do you have a work around?
