US PAY: Vertex Quantum 3.1.1 and Q1 2013 Statutory
The Vertex Quantum March rate update has the following statement:
"Please be aware that a new program release is available. To take advantage of the new functionality, you must install Release 3.1.1, which will be provided by an upcoming Oracle patch."

We just downloaded and researched the Q1 2013 Statutory patch it is says nothing about providing Vertex Quantum Release 3.1.1. Is there a seperate patch coming for this? If so, when? If not, is it actually included in the Q1 Statutory but not documented? Please advise. Thanks!
