Simple Order is Getting Over Released in OTM 5.5

Hi,

I created one simple order in OTM 5.5, while the releasing process it was over released.

For example,

If i am having an simple order with total packaged count like 10 while the releasing, the release count shown in OTM is 20. The remaining qunatity amount is in negative value(-10). I want to know why this over release got happened in OTM.

Is this anything to do with planning parameter??

Please help me on this one.
