Fatwire 7.0.2 - Can't access WSDL files - 404 Error

When trying to access the Predefined WS, a 404 error is being thrown.  There is no errors being logged in the futuretense or app server logs.
We are trying access using the following:

http://serverIP:port/cs/Xcelerate/wsdl/Asset.wsdl


Any help would be appreciated
