ASR asset support dropped?

I have been using ASR for awhile now and was surprised to see that SunMC no longer is supported as a telemetry source. Not only that, there is no indication that it was dropped -- it's just gone. What is the story here? Is SunMC no longer supported as a telemetry source? If so, as of what date and/or what version of ASR? Does running an old version keep support for that stuff or is the removal on the Oracle/server side?
