I'm looking for the Pros and Cons of implementing RBAC with our current Oracle EBS r12.1 implementation of the following modules

Financials

Procure to Pay

Supply Chain

Order to Cash

Projects

Is RBAC enabled for the above Oracle modules? What are the Pros and Cons of having RBAC model w.r.t. traditional security model?
