FYI notification using AME

Dear all ,

I am facing an issue regarding FYI notification for both PO and PR approval when using AME . I have defined an attribute for status and if PO and PR approved FYI notification must be sent . while running test transaction it is displaying FYI approver but the notification was not visible in view approval through work flow. I had recently applied the rollup patch for PO approval. I am attaching the  screen shots and FYI is not visible any where apart from teat workbench of AME.
