Depot repair:Technician Portal does not display WIP jobs unless Refresh button is clicked in Repair

Hi

Hi

We are on R12.1.3 and noticed the below behaviour

Case1:

Create SR
Create RO
Create a repair Job--Dont click Refresh Jobs button
WIP job number would not be displayed even though its created.

In Technician Portal,query the RO number,you will notice that WIP job is not displayed.(The Job was created 2 days back)


Case 2:

Create SR
Create RO
Create a repair Job-Click Refresh jobs button

In Technician Portal,query the RO number,you will notice that WIP job is  displayed. Is it mandatory to Click Refresh jobs button ,so that it displays in Technician Portal.?

I think it looks like a bug.
