iSupport: how to create Global Account user that can see SRs created by other users
Hi,
I have a question regarding iSupport (11.5.10.2).
Currently we're working in a format that iSupport users can see SRs created by all users assigned to their account (AR_CUSTOMERS).
We received a new request to have "Global Accounts": meaning headquarters that can view and update all SRs related to subsidiaries.
Each of the global accounts/subsidiaries is created as party (HZ_PARTIES) and stand-alone account (AR_CUSTOMERS).
Due to our setup and business strategy we cannot change the one-to-one relationship, between party and account.
Do you know if there's a way to allow users assigned to the "Global Account" see all SRs of users that are related to the subsidiaries acounts?
