Need to know which programs in APPS use xdodelivery.cfg file.

Hi Team,
Mail server name is defined as "mail.mailrouter.net" in XDODELIVERY.CFG
Requested them to be changed to mysmtp1

Client needs to know:

Could you please let us know how to identify what other programs are using this config file where the server name is
mentioned as "mail.mailrouter.net" so that we can analyse the impact of changing the server name to "mysmtp1".

Is there any way to identify the same like any sql query which can fetch the list/details of all the programs which are currently using this config file?
