Some records Stuck in RIBAQ - etasnouttable

Hi Vamshi,

Please help me to fix the following issue in production:-

There are 16 records in RIBAQ.etasnouttable.

I already did the following to see if any unexpected case happened or no.

1- Checked on RIB adapters are up and running.

2- Checked on RIB_Messages tables in RMS related to ASNOut family. no error found.

2- Restarted RIB-RMS , RIB_TAFAR, and RIB-SIM.

3- Checked on ASNOutToASNInLoc TAFR.

4- Checked on rib_message table in RIB-TAFR schema.

5- Checked on etasninfromribtoisotable and no data found.

6- Checked on ASNIn Subscriber in SIM.
7- Checked on  shipment_pub_info in RMS
