R12.1.1 : Adpatch session failed patch 8919489

Hi,

We followed the note 455492.1 step3.6 and applied patch 8919489 as prerequisite for patch 13579837 ,the adpatch session of patch 8919489 failed in error and ask to continue if it was successful

In the patch log file we can see this error ;

ERROR: Unable to execute command:
jarsigner -keystore  ********  -storepass ********  -keypass ********  -sigfile CUST -signedjar /t...fnd/jar/fndlist.jar.sig /t.../apps_st/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/fnd/jar/fndlist.jar.uns MIGR_mig01
