R12 MOAC for Purchasing and Inventory

Hi,

In our current setup we have multiple business group and each business group has one operating unit.

I want to create MOAC (Multi-Org access control) responsibility so that from single responsibility I can access all OUs.

I setup purchasing responsibility using note 397362.1 but its not working.

Does MOAC works IF OUs needs to be in same business group?

Does MOAC works for Oracle Inventory management?
