10172485, Package AP_WORKFLOW_PKG taking 9hrs.
After we apply the patch Objects are getting invalid.Compilation takes 9 Hours
When we apply the patch 10172485, Package AP_WORKFLOW_PKG is getting invalid. We are using the utlrp to recompile, which is taking 9hrs.
