PSU Patch 10248531 conflict

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We are planning to apply PSU Patch 10248531 in our Data BAse when I ran opatch conflict command CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail -phBaseDir ./10248531 below is the output we got , could you please provide us solution for below mentioned Step1 , Step 2 and Step3.
Step 1) Following patches have conflicts. Please contact Oracle Support and get the merged patch of the patches:
7111245, 10248531, 7295298, 7000281
Step 2) Following patches are not required, as they are subset of the patches in Oracle Home or subset of the patches in the given list:
9952228
Step 3) following patches will be rolled back from Oracle Home on application of the patches in the given list:
