Problem Description

Patch information in in the support tool inconsistent, sparks 4 questions:

1) Is the patch summarization incorrect or the read me.  In the tool there are listed only 2 pre-reqs

Prerequisite Patches

The following should be installed in the order shown before installing this patch.
1 4676589 11i.ATG_PF.H.RUP4 (Install on Applications Technology)
1 11i.OIE.K 11i.OIE.K  

Note: Items with the same install number can be installed in any order.

Now the read me shows a bigger list.

2) In one of the pre-reqs listed 5140723. We do not use the product.  So is it necessary to apply these patches for products  that we do not use?
