Upgrade form R12 to 11i that includes the COA reimplementation

Hi,

We are working in an upgrade from 11i to R12 but that includes the reimplementation of the COA.

What considerations/implications shall we take into account or possible risk given to this reimplementation and which are the best practices that we should consider to successfully deliver this project?

Any experiences that can be shared?
