We are in the process of installing all latest Financials RPCs and patches. While going through the note # 1470018.1 for Projects RPC, I see that it has following pre-reqs for AR.

Patch 12668756:R12.AR.B - API for getting transaction level balance and line level balance
Patch 12958998:R12.AR.B - Consolidate patch including cross product dependent patches
Patch 10147028:R12.AR.B - AR zero tax credit memo applied to invoice with tax gives wrong credit memo balances amounts

Since we do not use AR module, can we skip these patches?
