Error with address format for United States in upgraded Property Management R12

Hi

when I select United States in the country field when defining a new Contact in Property Management I get an error that the address style associated with country does not have specified address format.

We upgraded from 11.5.10 to R 12.1.3.   Is this a known issue or do I need to set up something for country United States?
