Daily exportconfig oms jobs

Hello Everyone!

Has anyone created a job in OEM to export the OMS instance via emctl exportconfig oms command? 

My questions are:

Was there a way to not 'hardcode' the sysman password in the parameters?

Did you just run the command as an os command job or did you create a unix script to execute?

Any examples would be helpful.  I'm on the current PSU release of OEM 12c
