Upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3

Hi,

Can anyone share the pre upgrade and post upgrade check list or document for Order Management area, I have a client currently who is upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.

I need to know if there are any specific configurations we need to do pre and post upgrade and if we have any checklist?
