Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to load batch while changing the "Default Buyer"

Hi All,

Here is the issue I am facing.

I have created a personalized Search Crtiteria and personalized display format with "Item Organization:Default Buyer" fields

Search an item with Default buyer value populated
Export item to excel andsave the file
Update default buyer in the excel , save the change, click Add-in , click Upload
Window pops up to enter batch details
Update Batch name and click "Upload"
Getting error "Enter a valid value for the column:Item Organization:Default Buyer"
Even if I don't change "Default Buyer" but some other column , e.g. Item Description , I am getting the same error
