Getting an error when running repvfy on Cloud 12.1.0.1 repository

Hello! I am in the process of trying to clean up my 12c repository and I am getting an error when running repvfy. I opened a ticket with Oracle over a week ago and a few emails were exchanged the first day, but they have been responsive for over a week. Any help is greatly appreciated.
[ oracle on server :] repvfy verify jobs -test 1012 -fix
