Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is it possible to upgrade BC4J version 10.1.3.42.70 to 10.1.3.5 without using JDeveloper?"If it is possible then how is this achieved?

I beieve it is possible with Jdeveloper but not sure if you are not using JDeveloper client.
